This Privacy Policy applies to New Qiezi Shutter for iOS, published by NeilSoftware, and related support interactions.
2. Data practices
New Qiezi Shutter uses local Bluetooth communication with the original Qiezi Shutter device to trigger camera control actions.
The app may store presets, task history, camera timing values, ND calculations, and device preferences locally on your iPhone.
It does not restore old account, cloud, community, or firmware-update services.
3. Network use and permissions
Core shooting control does not require a NeilSoftware server. Bluetooth performance can still depend on iOS state, distance, battery, cable, and old hardware condition.
4. Purchases
New Qiezi Shutter may offer optional purchases through Apple's App Store. Apple processes payments and may provide NeilSoftware with non-personal purchase status needed to unlock features.
5. Support messages
If you contact NeilSoftware, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your message, device context, screenshots, and app version. We use it to respond to your request.
6. Managing your data
Because app content and settings stay local where possible, you can manage app data through app controls where available, iOS settings, or by uninstalling the app.
