1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to RideReceipt for iOS, published by NeilSoftware, and related support interactions.
2. Data practices
RideReceipt lets you enter ride date, fare, tax, surcharges, passenger name, pickup and dropoff details, car wash details, signatures, notes, and template choices.
This information is used to generate receipts and PDF exports. NeilSoftware does not operate a server that receives or stores your receipt contents.
The app may store receipt history, favorites, template settings, and preferences locally on your device.
3. Network use and permissions
PDF export and sharing use the iOS share sheet or destination you choose. That destination may process the file under its own policy.
4. Purchases
RideReceipt may offer optional purchases through Apple's App Store. Apple processes payments and may provide NeilSoftware with non-personal purchase status needed to unlock features.
5. Support messages
If you contact NeilSoftware, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your message, device context, screenshots, and app version. We use it to respond to your request.
6. Managing your data
Because app content and settings stay local where possible, you can manage app data through app controls where available, iOS settings, or by uninstalling the app.
