1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to US Units for iOS, published by NeilSoftware, and related support interactions.
2. Data practices
US Units may store app settings locally on your device, such as preferred language, recently used sections, saved defaults, or display preferences.
The app does not require a NeilSoftware account for its core reference and conversion features. NeilSoftware does not sell your personal information.
3. Network use and permissions
If exchange-rate or online reference updates are included, the app may request public data from third-party services. These requests are not used to upload your private app content to NeilSoftware servers.
4. Purchases
US Units may offer optional purchases through Apple's App Store. Apple processes payments and may provide NeilSoftware with non-personal purchase status needed to unlock features.
5. Support messages
If you contact NeilSoftware, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your message, device context, screenshots, and app version. We use it to respond to your request.
6. Managing your data
Because app content and settings stay local where possible, you can manage app data through app controls where available, iOS settings, or by uninstalling the app.
