These terms apply to New Qiezi Shutter, a local controller for original Qiezi Shutter hardware. It is not a universal Bluetooth shutter app.

1. Scope
This policy applies to New Qiezi Shutter for iOS, published by NeilSoftware, and related support interactions.
2. Compatibility
New Qiezi Shutter helps users with original Qiezi Shutter hardware continue local Bluetooth shooting control. Compatibility can depend on hardware age, battery, distance, iOS Bluetooth state, and camera cable condition.
3. Shooting results
NeilSoftware is not responsible for missed shots, interrupted timelapse tasks, lost material, or indirect loss caused by hardware failure, Bluetooth interruption, camera settings, or environment.
4. Prohibited use
Do not use the app for illegal, unsafe, privacy-invading, or unauthorized photography. Do not misrepresent it as a universal Bluetooth shutter compatibility tool.
5. Purchases
New Qiezi Shutter may offer optional purchases through Apple's App Store. Apple processes payments and refunds under Apple's terms.
6. Support messages
Support messages are used to respond to the request and to keep necessary support records.
7. Changes
NeilSoftware may update these terms when the app, website, or legal requirements change.
